Now called BAFTA-Winning "Observation"!
What a night that was!
The dust has settled after this weekends BAFTA Scotland awards, and we’re delighted to say we walked away with the mask for this years Best Game category!
In the flurry of the moment, Jon forgot to mention, like, everyone in his speech. So we’d like to take a quick moment to thank:
Our wonderful cast, especially Kezia Burrows and Anthony Howell, for bringing the game to life and creating two unforgettable performances - you guys made the drama shine.
Ben Andec who helped get this project of the ground at Sony, along with Lorenzo and Spencer.
Everyone at Devolver, but especially would like to thank Graeme Struthers for being Scottish. You should have been here for it ;)
We Throw Switches (aka Craig and Andrew) for their magnificent work in our pre-release press campaign, making one of “the best preview events I’ve ever attended” (said by multiple journalists that did!) - you are part of our team whether you like it or not.
Our friends, families, children, pets, lovers, you name it - It’s not stressed enough in this industry that the support of these social or family groups around individual developers help make it possible. Making games is hard, and even harder alone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Lastly, we’d like to thank all of you who have supported the team, bought the game, and experienced Emma and SAM’s spiral first hand. Without you guys, we wouldn’t be here. And with that support, we have some more crazy coming your way...
There are many more people to thank, and this post would go on too long. You know who you are!
