Stories Untold - Comes to Nintendo Switch 16th Jan!

We’ve re-engineered the original breakthrough title ‘Stories Untold’ that was previously PC only, for Nintendo Switch, and it’s coming to you in just a few days time on the 16th January 2020!

Why now?

We’ve been wanting to do this for a long time, and once the dust had settled from Observation, we took some time to not only port to the console, but re-work the input system to make it more palatable on console.

On the PC Version, a lot of input was on the mouse, but a lot was also in typed phrases on the keyboard - being an ‘experimental text adventure’ will do that! However, as we all know typing with a controller and on screen keyboard is just the worst, and so we’ve built a new input system that allows you to input phrases and words. This means two things: firstly, it’s a dynamic system that adds to the list of words depending on what you have discovered. Secondly, it meant we could actually localise the game into non-English languages!

Press a button to bring up the text input, chose an action, then an object - simple!

Stories Untold on Switch (Lets call it ‘Cartridge Edition’ even though it’s digital only!) is localized in 11 languages for the first time ever.
